What are Admission Requirements? :

1. Complete and sign the enrollment application

2. Have a valid Social Security Card or Alien Number.

3. Be a high school graduate and/or holder of high school              equivalent diploma or certificate.

4. Be at least 18 years of age.

5. Must provide valid criminal background check within 12 months of start date.

6.A copy of a current physical examination within 12 months of start date.
 
7. Proof of negative TB-Tuberculosis Test or Chest X
   -ray.
